Our Tearoom offers delicious lunches, teas and cakes, all homemade on the farm using as many locally sourced ingredients as possible. With a wide variety of dishes available, ranging from Potted Shrimps and Smoked Mackerel Pate through to Cumberland Waberthwaite Chipolatas and Hotpot. We also have a great selection of wine and local Lake District ale for you to enjoy with your meal.

Opening times: 12pm - 5pm Friday to Sunday (Easter until late October) and throughout the week during school holidays.

Food from the Farmhouse: we also offer fully catered meals (for our cottage residents), should you be planning on arriving late or have an action packed day organised, then we are happy to arrange a three course hearty meal (48 hours notice) so you can focus all your energies on relaxing, it is your holiday after all!
