On the first floor is an open plan kitchen/dining/living room with a patio door and steps leading down on to the picnic terrace. The second floor has the master bedroom complete with ensuite bathroom, walk in wardrobe and four poster bed. Again the stables enjoys stunning views over Coniston Lake towards the fells of Coniston Old Man and the Langdale valley.
