 The
Self catering accommodation is situated in four adjoining cottages. Each being
carefully designed to retain the original character of the farmhouse. All have
stunning views of the lake and fells and share a picnic terrace. Bankground
is open throughout the year which allows you to stay and enjoy the best of all
four seasons.

Loft Self Catering Cottage (sleeps 2/4)

There is an entrance lobby, a
double bedroom and a bathroom with combined bath & shower and WC on the
ground floor. On the first floor is a superb open plan living/dining room with
kitchen area, high beamed ceilings and panoramic views.
This cottage is centrally heated.

There is an entrance hall which
leads into a L-shaped open plan living/dining room with kitchen area and access
to the terrace. On the first floor are a double bedroom and a twin bedded room
and bathroom with WC.

The stables cottage comprises 3 bedrooms, a twin/double and a single/twin on the
ground floor sharing an adjoining shower room. There is an open plan
living/dining room with kitchen area on the middle floor. The top floor has a
double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and four poster bed.

The Barn Self Catering Cottage.

 Newly
converted to our usual high standard, The Barn comfortably accommodates up to 16
guests.The accommodation is set on 3 floors and comprises 6 bedrooms sharing 4
bathrooms.
The Bedrooms and
Bathrooms are located on the Top and Bottom floors with the living area, kitchen
and dining room on the middle floor.

Right in the Centre of Coniston village but set on a
private road Bridge End Cottage has been refurbished to a high standard and we
expect it to receive a 4 star grading.
This property is ideal if you prefer a location not quite
as rural as Bank Ground. It is within easy walking distance of all the village
amenities.

Bridge End Cottage comprises 3 Bedrooms, 2 Double/Twin
Rooms and a single bedded room. There is a Bathroom complete with shower and w.c.
Downstairs there is a Kitchen/Dining room and a separate
Lounge. There is also a small Beck side Terrace and ample parking for 2 cars.
This cottage is centrally heated.
This property will be available for hire from Christmas
2003.
