The Farmhouse has 7 bedrooms, 5 of which are en-suite, which are let out for Bed and Breakfast all year round except Christmas and New Year, when we let the Farmhouse Self-Catering to large groups. We also have an annex containing a further 6 bedrooms 2 of which are en-suite. All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities with a selection of biscuits. Guests being accommodated in the Barn annex use the lounges, bar and breakfast rooms in the main farmhouse.

The main house has four double, one twin and two family rooms available for bed & breakfast.
All are furnished individually and retain many original features including low ceilings and exposed oak beams. Most have en-suite facilities.

A traditional full English breakfast along with cereals and fruit juices is served daily between 8.30 and 9.00 AM

The Farmhouse contains two comfortable lounges and a fully licensed bar.

There is also a large garden area containing ample furniture and a large lawn, which guests are welcome to use. We are currently developing the garden further after winning first prize in the Coniston in Bloom (Bed and Breakfast, guest house premises category) last summer.
